Visitors / Distributors

1. The 2017 dates are May 30th – June 2nd.

2. Copies of the 2017 brochure will be available at the Distoy desk and we hope to have a copy uploaded to the “Brochure” page by May 30th.

3. As usual the show will operate on a “by appointment only” basis and there are no rigid opening and closing times. Distributors and exhibitors are free to schedule meetings at any mutually convenient time – exhibitors will have permanent access to their showrooms.

4. As a general guide all showrooms will be open for business from 09.00 hrs until 18.00 hrs each day.

5. We urge all visitors to take full advantage of the four day duration of the show and use at least the Friday morning. Some exhibitors who are fully set up over the weekend may well be in a position to schedule some appointments during Monday May 29th – please consult with the exhibitors as you build your schedule. As always all registered exhibitors appear in an alphabetical list in the Exhibitors page ( see “Visitors Click Here” button). This will be updated on a day-to-day basis as registrations are confirmed.

6. Both hotels ( St James’ Court and St. Ermin’s ) have agreed to maintain this year’s bedroom rates for 2017 and can take reservations immediately. Contact details for the hotels can be found on the Venues page and can be contacted direct but Distoy offers a hotel reservation service and would be pleased to process your enquiries – just send an email to Madeleine Potter ( madpot@distoy.com) and provide her with arrival and departure dates & credit card details against which your booking can be guaranteed. If you prefer to deal direct please be sure to specify the Distoy special rate.



VISITOR REGISTRATION

Visitor registration will be at the Distoy desk – located in the main foyer of the St. James’ Court. You may also register on-line but in any event you need to collect your badge and brochure at the Distoy desk.
