Our Showrooms
The show is jointly hosted by two London hotels: The St James’ Court Hotel in Buckingham Gate and the nearby St Ermin’s Hotel in Caxton Street.
Having the showrooms in the same venues where exhibitors and distributors alike are staying helps to generate a unique comfortable atmosphere – providing a perfect combination of business and pleasure.
The show specifically targets distributors and works on a “by appointment only” basis with meetings taking place in a confidential environment behind closed doors.
Exhibitors are encouraged to ask all their visitors to register – both online and at the Distoy reception desks in each hotel. View our directory of exhibitors.

Logistics
Long Drive Events: All samples and show materials can only be delivered to the hotels through Long Drive.
The Long Drive events team is at your disposal to arrange swift delivery of all items to your showroom.
We receive your boxes ahead of the exhibition at our delivery hub. We will collate all the exhibitor deliveries and then deliver to each exhibitor’s showroom prior to their arrival. Please note that items can only be delivered on the check-in day of each exhibitor. We would therefore recommend you book your showroom for the day before your arrival, so that we can ensure you maximise your time on set-up day. Please note all items will be delivered after 3pm on check in day.
Our experienced logistics team can also import and export all goods to and from our logistics hub. This is highly recommended, not only because the UK is no longer in the EU, but also to avoid any lengthy delays or items not being received for the exhibition. Our team will manage your delivery and liaise with you to ensure the swift delivery of your items.

The Long Drive team will be available prior to the event by email, phone and throughout the event at our exhibition desk - here you can visit or simply call us from your room for assistance.
