St James' Court
All the meeting / function rooms located on the ground floor of the hotel are being used as showrooms with the exception of those in use as Taj Executive offices.
All “Private Rooms” are also in use as showrooms. These are accessed from Buckingham Gate- as you exit the main lobby area of the hotel turn left and then take the first door on the left and take the stairs to reach Edwardian 1 & 2, The Taj Suite and the Buckingham Suite.
In addition there are showrooms on floors one to five – all bedrooms adapted to accommodate product displays. Detailed diagrams indicating the location of each exhibitor will be available at the Distoy desk.
St Ermin's Hotel
The ground floor showrooms are to be found by turning left as you go into the lobby via the main entrance. For the Crystal Ballroom and Cloisters Room turn right at the main entrance to the lobby and follow the appropriate signs.
The main concentration of showrooms is on the first floor ( take the elevator at lobby level) – this represents the entire suite of meeting and function rooms all of which are all used as showrooms.
